Sky Watch: Mt. Timpanogos silhouetted at Sunrise.

My ten year old son came running into the room the other day, very excited, to call my attention to the color of the sky. My children know me well. He said, "Mom, don't you want to take some pictures?" And of course, I did want to capture what I saw. It was a gorgeous sunrise. I especially liked this shot because some of the sky is as dark as that silhouetted mountain.

More Sky Watch Here.

Great photo Abby. I never managed to get outside in time to get photos of sunrises or sunsets. =) Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Fascinating color in the sky. Your ten year old must be a photography artist in the making. He has a good eye, same as mom. Timpanogas always makes a great photo.

O jes this is really a marvellous sunrise! With the dark mountain and the branches of the tree in front it shows a fantastic atmosphere. Well done from you and from your son!
All my best wishes for a happy weekend!

The photos are beautiful, and I like the tree silhouettes against the vivid tones of the sky.

Quel magnifique endroit, je l'aime!
Les couleurs, les arbres tellement plus grand que les nôtres ...
J'espère qu'un jour je pourrais voir votre incroyable pays par moi-même.
